Meal planning: How does it work?

1. Send the contact form

Head to the contact page and use it to tell us all about yourself! Include your location, food allergies, food preferences, and the reasoning for inquiring about meal plan services.  

2. Schedule your consultation

Within 24 hours, you will be contacted to schedule a 30-minute phone call. During this phone call, we will investigate your wellness goals and how we can work together to help you reach them. This call is also the best time to ask questions; and give any concerns about your soon-to-come meal plan!

3. Recieve your meal plan!

In 48 hours you will have a downloaded meal plan based on the information we discussed! Your meal plan will include meals, ingredients, recipes, nearby grocery stores, a grocery list, brand alternatives, ingredient substitutions, and our expert healing suggestions(herbs, supplements, and vitamins).  A truly balanced meal plan, tailored especially to you! 

FAQ

Does True Balance prepare the meals for the meal plans?

No.

Though it may not be business-savvy, our mission is to equip you with the tools and skills needed to continue your health journey WITHOUT us. We create detailed meal plans with grocery store options, shopping lists for each store in your area(because sometimes we all like to shop at different places!), notes on specific brands, herbal healing suggestions and so much more. True Balance was created to inspire a connection between your body and food beyond convenience. By shopping for, preparing, and cooking your food, you are nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. 

Does True Balance provide meal plans with meat/dairy?

No.

Here, we believe that a plant-based, (mostly) alkaline diet is the key to true internal harmony. By adding more living, electric produce to your diet, your body naturally begins to repair itself, beginning the healing process.  Though we do not provide any meal plans that include meat, eggs and dairy, you are always welcome to add it into your diet as you see fit. Be aware that adding meat and dairy into meal plans provided, will change the expected results on your health. 

How much are the meal plans?

It depends. 

Okay, okay, I know, just give a solid number right? But really, it depends. A family of 5 with two working parents and children with allergies will need more detailed meal plan and herbal healing suggestions than a single woman with no restrictions. Things like the length of the plan, amount of meals and snacks needed and your cooking ability(because that matters!)  are factors that determine price as well. With that being said, we are also fiirm believers that eating healthy should be accesible to everyone. If you are interested in eating healthy, have read this far, but don't know if you can afford it,  contact us! You deserve guidance in becoming the best version of yourself, WITHOUT the burden that finances may bring. True Balance between mind, body and spirit is a birth right you deserve to experience. 

Can I share my meal plan with others?

I wouldn't

Meal plans are created specifically for you and your individual needs. Sharing your meal plan with others is not recommended, as their dietary needs and preferences may differ. Though we don't advise you to share your specific meal plan, we do encourage you to pass on knowledge to your loved ones! If we include Ashwaganda in your meal plan to reduce stress levels, and you see a positive impact, it would be your duty to share the knowledge with a loved one experiencing the same dis-eases. The goal is collective healing through healing of self. 

Do you offer meal plans for athletes?

Absolutely!

Whether you are a body builder, fitness professional, or sports player, we can work together to make a plant-based meal plan that meets your needs! Just let us know your training regimen and performance goals in the contact form. With the informartion provided, we can create meals that ensure you are getting the nutrients you need without having to give up a plant-based lifestyle. 

Do you offer support during my meal plan journey?

YES!

That's what we are here for! We have found that it is our duty as humans to be of service one another. Along with your meal plan, you will receive our contact information, giving you the ability to reach out whenever you have a quick question or concern. We also offer 1 on 1 phone calls if you need to schedule a chat face to face(screen to face) about a concern. Whatever happens, we want you to know you can always reach out and be supported on your journey.
